Our Organic Ancient Harvest Quinoa comes in Traditional and Inca Red varieties. You can use quinoa in both hot and cold dishes from breakfast to dessert. Our Organic Gluten Free Pastas are made in a completely gluten free facility and come in seven different shapes: Elbows, Garden Pagodas (pictured), Linguine, Rotelle, Shells, Spaghetti and Veggie Curls.
They are a blend of organic corn flour and organic quinoa flour. The veggie curls and garden pagodas have organic dried red bell pepper and organic dried spinach for coloring.
Please note that all of our products are NON-GMO, we used to state this on our boxes, and when we went organic we took the statement off our boxes, but next year we will be re-instating it just so there is no confusion to this fact.
What is Polenta??
Polenta is a traditional Italian dish,
similar to cornmeal mush, and is widely used all over Italy. The process of
making polenta requires constant stirring of the mixture for almost one
hour. Food Merchant Brand Polenta is pre-cooked, saving you a lot of time. Its
