Customer Returns
All sales are final and we do not accept returns on food items.
In
the event an item is shipped incorrectly, we will ship out the correct
item and use UPS ~ Will Call ~ to pick up the incorrect unopened item.
If an
item is returned by UPS because it was refused or was undeliverable and
it was shipped to the address you indicated on your order we will
refund only the product cost on any unopened product, obviously we can
not refund on any box that has been opened.
Because of the high cost of shipping, and the fact that when a package returns to us we pay double in shipping costs. The shipping cost is non-refundable, no exceptions.
